In addition, he holds a life, accident, and health insurance license and property and casualty insurance license. Rich has a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree from Cornell University.

Rich has lived in the Capital District for over 30 years and has served and worked with several local non-profit organizations. Rich and his wife Sally live in Latham and have three children—Rachel, Tim, and Emilia.
